My fees may vary depending upon the type of case and are generally split equally by the participants.  My standard mediation fee is $100 per hour ($50 per participant per hour.)   Because I am a true believer in extrajudicial conflict resolution, I have priced my services to enable me to provide quality mediation to people of all different income levels.   Accordingly, you will find me somewhat less expensive than other mediators with similar qualifications, particularly those with law degrees.

Please note that I generally do not charge for basic preparation time unless it is an unusually complicated case.  I also do not charge for travel time to do on site mediations unless it exceeds 30 minutes each way.

I also offer a streamlined, small claims practice for simple cases  (simple landlord/tenant, neighbor disputes, dog bite, noise disputes etc.)  for a flat fee of $200 ( $100 per participant) for up to 3 hours of mediation.  (See small claims tab for more details.)
